Please join on Thursday, May 4th starting at 6:00pm as we celebrate this year’s Taste of North Garden wine dinner at Albemarle Ciderworks. This is an intimate dinner paired with fine wines from Wisdom Oak Winery, Loving Cup Vineyard & Winery and Albemarle Ciderworks. We will enjoy appetizers and a delicious multi-course meal prepared by local North Garden Chef, Ian Rubenoff. Each course will present with a guided discussion of the wines by the Winemakers from each winery. They will discuss how the wines were produced and why they were chosen to pair with the selected course. The evening promises to be full of great food, wine and friends!

Reservations are $85/person and include gratuity and tax. Please purchase your tickets here no later than Thursday, April 27th. Upon purchase of tickets, your name will go on our Guest List. If there are other guests you would like to be seated with or if you have any food restrictions, please let us know in advance.

Hors d’oeuvre:
Sweet potato fritter, pork and mushroom pate, red onion marmalade, creme fraiche

First Course:
Maple glazed hot smoked salmon, ginger miso sweet pea puree, pea shoots, charred red onion, chive creme, cherries

Second Course:
Green curry braised pork shoulder, whipped parsnips, bacon roasted brussels sprouts, grilled apricot salad

Dessert:
Almond olive oil cake, marinated berries, whipped cream, candied almonds
