Reserve Cooking Series: French Cuisine Cooking @ Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, transport yourself and a loved one to the love capital of the world. Executive Chef Ian Rynecki will show you how to master the art of French cuisine. Following the hands-on demonstration, enjoy a meal that is sure to impress and is easy to cook again and again at home! No French meal is complete without the perfect wine - we’ll pair your old world french cuisine with Pippin Hill’s very own new world wine for the ultimate culinary experience. 

This class is part of our Reserve Class Series. Enjoy a smaller, more intimate class.

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of of 3 glasses of red or white wine that evening. Let us recommend the Easton Blue & Chardonnay Reserve for this evening.

About the Cooking Class Experience

The cooking class is approximately 1-hour of hands-on cooking with focused instruction followed by a seated family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki. Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of select red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with the event manager who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home. Wine club members receive $10 off their ticket price.
