Be a wine judge for the day! Winemaker Jonathan Wheeler will take you through the process of how we choose the dosage for our sparkling Blanc de Blanc through a wine tasting trial. You will taste 4 options of Blanc de Blanc and vote on your favorite. The winner will be bottled with a Limited Edition production, available for pre-order that day. Advanced reservations required, space is limited.
