The party starts downstairs at Oakhart Social with an array of wines paired with shellfish, caviar, and delicious treats from Oakhart Social's chef Tristan Wraight.   Wine will be flowing, presented by winemakers Ben Jordan (Early Mountain by day; Lightwell Survey by night) and Emily Pelton (Veritas/Flying Fox by day; Sly Fox by night).  

But this is just the beginning as you will then flow upstairs for a seating featuring a four course pairing menu from Chef Ryan Collins (formerly of José Andres' minibar; upcoming Little Star).  And here's where things get even more interesting....

Ben Jordan and Emily Pelton, each are sharing the projects that they pursue when their day jobs end... If you haven't heard of these wines, it's probably because Lightwell Survey and Sly Fox offerings are made in tiny quantities and get snatched up by those in the wine and restaurant business as soon as they're released.
