Travel the world – without ever leaving the kitchen. This cooking class will take your tastebuds on a trip across the continents, with each dish featuring a different regional recipe. From African blue basil to French lavender, you’ll use the variety of herbs and spices we grow in our kitchen-garden at Pippin Hill to add flair to each dish. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner hosted by Chef Ian Rynecki.
