Unwind with a 60-minute slow flow yoga class, followed by a glass of wine. These classes welcome all levels. Poses will be gentle and held for longer periods of time. Verbal cues to ensure proper alignment and encourage you to practice with personal awareness.
All classes will be taught by local yogi, Joanna Hughes. Joanna is a nurse, health counselor & YTT certified. She has been practicing and teaching for more than 20 years. She is a master with her cues and modifications for all bodies.
