Culinary Class: March Madness @ Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards

Just in time for March Madness, learn no-fail recipes that will take the stress out of entertaining. You’ll learn how to elevate tried and true tailgating foods, such as pigs in a blanket and other fan favorite dishes that you can make and bake later as well as recipes that you can pull together in a matter of minutes. Whether you are cooking for a crowd of 5 or 20, these straightforward recipes will have you more than ready to plan a game-day party menu that is sure to impress and have your guests hoping for overtime (sound familiar ‘hoo fans?). Following the hands-on demonstration, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a family-style dinner with Chef Ian Rynecki.

Featured Wine

We are “pairing” each class with a featured wine. You will have your choice of 2 glasses of red or white wine that evening. Let us recommend the Red Pump Blend & Viognier for this evening.
