Drop in any Thursday for a combination of yoga, pilates and tai chi with instructor, Kelly Hughes. Kelly has been teaching yoga and more for over 15 years and holds a number of yoga certifications, including NESTA Sport Yoga, Les Mills BodyFlow, Human Kinetics, and Silver Sneakers Yoga Flow. Kelly welcomes all levels--beginning to masters! After yoga, enjoy a glass of your favorite CCW wine with old or new friends in our beautiful tasting room--we're open until 8 pm.
