Established in the 1980s as one of Albemarle’s first commercial vineyards, Oakencroft Farm & Winery has recently reopened under new ownership. A leader in hybrid winemaking, Oakencroft uses regenerative agricultural practices to produce some of the most exciting and environmentally sound wines in the region.

Oakencroft Sparkling White, Oakencroft White Table Wine (blend of Seyval and Vidal) Oakencroft Sparkling Rosé, Oakencroft Rosé, Oakencroft Red Table Wine, Oakencroft Dessert Wine

Hours:
Tasting Room is Open Thursday-Sunday 12-5pm

We are open extended hours (5-8pm) every third Thursday of the month year round.

Tasting fee: Tastings consist of (4) Oakencroft wines and are $25/pp. Tastings are available by reservation and are done table side.

Group Tasting Policy: Please call ahead for groups larger than 6

Food Available: Menu consists of fresh local items such as cheese & charcuterie boards, other lite bites, and seasonal sweets by consulting chef, Gay Beery.

Kid-friendly: Kids are welcome. Outdoor seating is recommended when seasonally appropriate.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome on leash, outdoors and on our covered patio.

Event Policies:
Public: Please check the calendar on the website for event listings, pricing, and ticket information

Private: Our Tasting Room is available for private and semi-private events, cocktail parties, small seated dinners, corporate events, and presentations where there is a food and beverage component. Our Tasting Room is available almost everyday, but with a later start time on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We do not host weddings of any size. Pricing is event dependent and available upon request.

Our Meeting Center is available for board meetings, seminars, presentations, virtual meetings, and retreats when there is only a light food component of breakfast or lunch. Our maximum number for a board meeting or virtual meeting is 22-28 and our maximum number for a presentation (no video component) is 30-35.

Pricing starts at $4,500 but depends on hours needed, guest count, type of event, and day of week.We offer a non-profit rate for approved 501(C)3s.
