Nestled in a quiet valley at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Mountain & Vine offers our visitors unique opportunities to experience the solitude of the Virginia countryside. Relax and enjoy the scenic vistas created by our terraced vineyards and have a picnic or glass of wine overlooking the pond and fountain. Enjoy a traditional tasting at the bar inside our glass-walled tasting room. We also offer flights, wine by the glass or bottle.

For a true getaway, spend a few nights in our historic log cabin or charming Farmhouse. It’s all here in Faber, just a short drive from Wintergreen and less than 30 minutes from Charlottesville!

The European-style terraced terrain at Mountain & Vine Vineyards provides unique wine-growing conditions that yield a distinct “terroir” in our wines. Our team of viticulturists and winemaker approach the challenges of the terrain with creativity, experience and passion. We cultivate Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Pinot Gris, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Chambourcin. In addition to our varietal wines, we also produce unique, high-end Bordeaux-style blends such as our Meritage and Grand Cru Reserve. All of our award-winning wines are hand-crafted in small batches to ensure they receive the attention they deserve, from vine to bottle.
